is that Jim Varney? it sure sounds like him...

I've seen the guy who plays the "Bonita" character out of drag in a different clip and it doesn't look like Varney to me. In any case, Varney died in 2000 and I'm pretty sure these clips were all made after that. (In case anyone is wondering who Jim Varney is, he played the eponymous dumb hick in the "Ernest" movies.)
