the website loads without the pictures to click on to activate the video clips for download. is there another way of getting the fabulousness of betty? has anyone else had this problem?

When I checked earlier today the images were somewhat slow to load, but they come if you're p-a-t-i-e-n-t. It may be prohibitively slow if you have a slow Internet connection. In any case, I would recommend trying during off-peak hours such as late evening or weekends.
It is possible for the links to become broken, so if you're sure that is the case, don't hesitate to let me know at sansargasso@cox.net.
By the way, you don't necessarily need the pictures to load - if you move your cursor around and find the "hotspot" for the movie you can activate it before the pic has loaded.
